Hand Painted Bauble
Memorialise your beloved animal/human friend/s with a hand painted ceramic bauble.
Hand painted from photographs provided by you, the finished bauble comes with your choice of ribbon and its own storage box for safe keeping (unless you want to keep them displayed all year!).
Two ceramic bauble size options are available to suit your needs and budget as listed on this page. Prices also exclude shipping. This shipping cost is calculated per order and shipping type. Any questions, please ask me.

HOW TO ORDER:
Step 1:
Please send me an email at sophie@lovelylittleartist.com with the following details:
- Bauble size
- Desired deadline
- Number of baubles
- Shipping location
Step 2:
Once I have confirmed your commission, I will send you an invoice for the 30% deposit payment before painting begins. The remaining 70% payment is made upon completion of the bauble. Please note that painting cannot commence until the deposit payment has been received. Payments can be made via Wise transfer or PayPal. Please contact me before agreement of the commission if you have any payment concerns.
Step 3:
Sit back and relax as I begin creating your bauble :) I will send through regular updates to ensure you are happy.
PACKAGING:
All portraits are wrapped carefully in card and waterproof packaging to ensure they remain flat and safe during transit. Note that all portraits come mounted with mat board ready to frame. Framing available at request and will be packaged with bubble wrap for extra protection during transit.
TURN-AROUND TIME:
I work on a 1-2 week turnaround time depending on how many commissions I have scheduled at any one time. This may sound like a long time, but even the baubles take a number of hours to complete and this includes time taken for you to review each stage and share your feedback, for me to complete any necessary changes etc. If you require a bauble for a special occasion and therefore need it for a specific date, please contact me before committing in order to check whether I have the schedule space available to accomodate your deadline. I do what I can to meet these deadlines.

I own full copyright of all of my portraits and baubles. They cannot be reproduced in any form without my written permission.
Due to the personal nature of the portraits, I will not duplicate them in any way. However, I do use photographs and videos of the finished portraits, as well as work in progress moments, on my website and social media pages, and may use them for marketing purposes. If you do not want your portrait displayed on my website or used for marketing, please let me know.RETURNS:
Due to the custom and personal nature of commissions, I cannot accept any returns for them. All sales are final for commissioned pieces. Once your portrait arrives, please inspect it thoroughly and if you find any damage, please email me immediately on sophie@lovelylittleartist.com and I will arrange a solution.
